Symposium

The Symposium serves as the intellectual heartbeat of the festival, bringing together leading scholars, cultural critics, and visionary practitioners for deep-dive discussions on the evolution of African art. This year, we move beyond the canvas to examine the intersection of digital sovereignty, heritage preservation, and the future of creative labor.

Through keynote addresses and moderated panels, participants explore how contemporary Afrocentric perspectives are redefining global artistic standards. It is a critical space for dialogue where history meets innovation, providing attendees with a theoretical framework that complements their practical artistic journey.
